The best decision we made during our home buying journey was definitely choosing Sean Hudgins as our realtor. Not only was he always on the ball with finding homes for us, he made us feel secure when dealing with contracts and contractors. He was always trying to help us get our money back where he could and was super knowledgeable on many things we had questions on. Would totally recommend!

Sean did a fantastic job finding our house. We had a lot of unique wants in our list and he searched diligently. Since we were all the way in Texas he was going thru the houses with us via FaceTime and answering all of our endless questions. With this hot market he had to submit numerous offers. We were not easy clients for sure! Sean is very knowledgeable about the market and always educating himself to keep up to date. Believe me, we have moved a lot around the country and have worked with quite a few Realtors. His knowledge and ability to listen to what WE wanted made Sean the best Realtor that we have ever worked with!

Sean worked with us from a distance mostly during our move from Guam to Virginia. At no point did it feel like he was trying to force a sale and he was very accommodating as far as showing us homes and describing what he was seeing in the home personally. We ended up making an offer on a home based on his walk through and closed shortly after we had a chance to walk through it. Though he did warn us about a dog smell in the house, I was quite surprised at the overall state of the home upon arrival. The smell was pretty intense and the previous owners left without cleaning anything at all. When Sean learned how surprised we were by the overall cleanliness of the house, he offered to send a cleaner over to the property after closing at his own expense. Even though I declined the offer, he insisted and sent a cleaner to take care of the house before we moved in. He was engaged during the entire process and inspected the house with me as if he were purchasing the property himself. I only write reviews when my experiences are either extremely positive or negative, and I would highly recommend Sean to anyone looking to purchase in the area. In fact, he's working with one of my subordinates from my previous base right now. If you're looking for a realtor that isn't going to jerk you around, definitely go with this guy.
